Got a rental car and headed about half
way to Denali, staying is a nice cabin in the funky little village of
Talkeetna. This is the town that was the basis for the show “Northern
Exposure”. This the town where anyone planning to climb Denali gets
check out by the rangers before being flown to base camp. Very
interesting presentation on climbing Denali, by one of the rangers.
