Old Crow Medicine Show performs

Before heading west, we attended the four day Floydfest music festival up in the mountains of the blue ridge parkway. With a topnotch national lineup for the festival's 10th anniversary, it was crowded at times and a little hot, but very, very well organized. Jeff likes to watch up front and dance with the youngsters (and a few other mature folks). Debby likes to hang back in the chairs and grove to the music. Next festival is about two weeks after our return – Bristol Rhythm and Roots.

Tent City - Most folks haul their camping gear onto the shuttle buses on Thurs/Fri and trek to a campsite near the music. This one of the nicer places. Debby and I stayed at the offsite RV parking.

Texas Swing played at the Dance Tent
